Return and Refund Policy

At Footfable, your satisfaction is our priority.
In accordance with consumer law in force in the European Union, you have 30 calendar days after receiving your order to make a return  without justification required.

Return Deadline

You can return one or more items within 30 days from the delivery date.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days, subject to compliance with our policy.

Restocking Fees

None restocking fee will not be applied.

Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, whether it is a refund or an exchange.
However, if you have received an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Conditions for a Valid Return

In order for your return to be accepted, please respect the following conditions:

  • Include the original purchase invoice in the package.
  • The item must be new, unused, in perfect condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

How to Request a Return

Complete the Return Form

Once the form is submitted, you can drop off your package at the nearest post office for shipment to our warehouse closest to you.
We will email you the exact return address upon receipt of your form.

In the event of a request for exchange or refund, the return costs will be at your expense.

However, if you received an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs by sending you a prepaid return label via email.

Cancellation of Order

You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been processed or shipped.
To do this, please contact us quickly by email at support@footfable.com

If the order has already been shipped, you will have to wait for delivery and follow the standard return procedure.

Refund Terms

The refund will be made via the payment method used during the purchase .
We are not responsible for processing times from your bank or payment provider.
